Vahid Osman, MD is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist and Addictionologist with over 20 years of experience in skillfully treating patients with ADHD, as well as chemical dependency and neurodevelopmental disorders. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in these areas, and is dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care to his patients. Betty is a highly qualified and compassionate nurse practitioner, holding dual certifications as an AANP and ADHD-CCSP specialist. With over 13 years of nursing experience, Betty has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of ADHD care.

As someone who personally lives with ADHD, Betty understands the unique challenges that individuals with the condition may face and is dedicated to helping her patients find the best possible care to minimize negative symptoms and maximize the benefits of ADHD.

In her free time, Betty enjoys hanging out with her muggle adult children and her granddogs/cats, reading voraciously, planning cruises to Antarctica and Europe, geeking out (10th Doctor was best, and Star Trek over Star Wars), and doing cross-stitch.

Lara Lindsey (formerly Lara Mackintosh), MSN, Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), FNP-C, ADHD-CCSP

Lara is a highly skilled and dedicated Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and ADHD-CCSP specialist, holding certifications as an AANP Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin's Master of Science in Nursing program.

With a strong focus on adult ADHD, Lara continually works to improve the lives of her patients through exceptional care and attention.

In 2020, she further advanced her expertise by completing a Post Masters Certificate in Family Nurse Practitioner studies at the University of Texas at Arlington.

Lara's dedication to ongoing education and professional development ensures that she is always at the forefront of her field, delivering the highest level of care to her patients.

Dennis FowleR

Dennis Fowler has been the Administrative Manager since the founding of Millennium Medical Associates. He helps oversee non-clinical aspects of the practice, from patient care standards to community outreach. He works to ensure that Millennium Medical Associates regularly provides the highest level of patient service.

Prior to joining Millennium Medical Associates, Dennis Fowler served as the non-medical director of Dr. Prokupek’s internal medicine practice, beginning in 2000.

He has 18 years of private healthcare administrative experience and attended New York University (NYU).

Justin Wiesner

As the non-clinical practice director and administrator, Justin Wiesner plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of the practice. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the practice and ensuring that it is running efficiently and effectively.

Justin is dedicated to maintaining exceptional service for both patients and staff, and his leadership and management skills help to ensure that the practice is able to provide the highest level of care to its patients.

With over 10 years of experience in healthcare, Brynnan is a Nationally Certified Medical Assistant with a passion for mental health and psychology. While working full time to treat sufferers of ADHD, she is also working on her nursing degree.

Crystal is a patient advocate and problem-solver, committed to providing outstanding care to every patient she interacts with. As a prior authorization specialist, she has a deep understanding of the complex pharmacy and insurance systems and helps our patients navigate these processes to ensure accurate and timely prescription fulfillment.

In addition, Crystal offers support for mandatory blood pressure checks and the prescription processes, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care from our practice. She also takes a comprehensive approach, verifying appointments and addressing any inquiries or concerns that patients may have.

Leny is an instrumental part of the team at Millennium Medical Associates, where she plays a key role in facilitating the submission of insurance claims for patients.
